MeTA Studio bug fix, full binary release

A bug fix release of MeTA Studio (2.0.10112009) is available as a full binary release is available from the usual place http://code.google.com/p/metastudio/

Apart from fixing numerous issues reported, it also updates the API documentation.

There are no considerable new features in this release.
