MeTA Studio update

... all the "free" time i got because of my un-wellness has been useful for making some things work in meta studio, and now it almost "fully" supports smooth 3D property contouring. (ps: problem again ... png 2 jpg!)

Google Talk

y'day it was Google Desktop2, which redefined the "desktop search" game... and today its Jabbar based google talk. it is worth noting that the size of apps the google creates is amazingly small and of very high quality. the GD is only 1.3M with all the fun features, while talk is just over 900kb!! i guess even when they add video the stuff won't go beyond 2MB.

for the shape of things to come in MeTA Studio

.... yes MeTA Studio is also going to have a property visualizer. its in pupal stage of development, and will take some time till i get it all working. the image shown is esp of benzene at 0! i am sorry but the property and the benzene coordinates do not match!

ps. for those who do not know what MeTA Studio is, you will have to wait! ;)
and the image is bad, because i uploaded PNG and blogger converted into a poor quality JPEG!? :(

about "energy blue" theme

just found out the my tripod site doesn't allow to download .exe file(s).
so the link will work. (it will redirect to my home page)

to use the theme in WinXP:
a) unzip and get EnergyBlueXP-x86.exe
b) double click, and give the extraction path as c:\Windows\Resources\Themes
c) use display properties to choose the new theme. enjoy!

PS. if any body feels that i have by any means violated MS copyright acts ( i feel i have not!, though i have not cared to check ;) ).. then please notify. i will remove the download.

seems i have enough time to do a lots of time pass. spent some time on sunday in figuring out how to use "energy blue" theme in windows xp. and then made a package available at http://v-ganesh.tripod.com/download/EnergyBlueXP-x86.zip. you cannot access this directly. i'll shortly add a link in my home page. enjoy :)
